Okay, so if this is going to work it seems to me, there must be a bona fide starting point. A place where all like thinking people live and work. The area must have total saturation to be able to screen out undesired infiltrators. If there are enough people that occupy an area, that area will be able to support those occupants with the needed services it takes to run a town/city. It must be tight and operate on auto pilot through all of the inhabitants. Methods in place to insure that unqualified people are inclined to search for another place that is more to there lifestyle in which to live. Once a stronghold is in place growth shall increase the perimeter, until it is necessary to occupy the next township/city. This cascade of events will provide eventual complete control of first an area, a region, then a state. People need to be able to make enough money to support their families and I am no exception. So where is this Utopia? Does it exist?
