Is there a urologist here?
Or someone with experience and knowledge of kidney infections?
I have to get some help so I can make the right moves, and I can't think of anywhere more likely to find someone with the right calibre than here.
I hope there is. If there is, and such a person is willing, I'd like to work out a problem with (him).
If not, too bad. But I have to ask.

What was won by the brave at great cost can be lost cheaply by fools and once gone can rarely be regained and only then at great cost.
