I would imagine that a country governed and run by Whites would have a much more efficient criminal justice system. Better police, crime labs, judges and juries. No affirmative action police to fuck things up. No niggers, homos or women wearing uniforms. Judges who would earn their positions because they were wise and clean and not because they were a jew or a nigress. And juries of our peers, not inferior beasts who have no business judging White people.

With such a society , you could have enough resources to rehabilitate most criminals . In most White countries , there isn't a death penalty . Switzerland and Austria , for example , murder will typically result in a sentence of 4 to 7 years .

Yes we’re very well aware of the liberal sentencing for murder in the various European countries. And they are nothing that we want to pattern ourselves after. Even considering their more successful rehabilitation rates and lower recidivism, there are far too many criminals per capita walking the streets of Europe today, then there were 30 years ago.

The strategy to get from here to there is this: First you have to get people convinced of the idea that our people have the right to govern themselves.

It's difficult to recognize what constitutes aggressive war and defensive war in the present system of international relations. Often some states begin military actions, motivating them by necessity of people's defense, who are the victims of aggression. In this case it's hard to draw a distinction between aggressive war and defensive war. And so, the question about support of military actions by ANU must be considered on a case by case basis.
How any war is conducted, how it relates to captives and civilian population of enemies, especially to children, women, aged are imperative in determining righteousness of any war action. It is possible to do evil even defending from attack. The war must be waged in righteousness, not with spite, greed and lust.
ANU thinks that great care should be taken in the application of state power, knowing that the human heart is capable of evil and must guard against it. Only victory over the evil in one's soul makes it possible to utilize the power of the state. The ANU takes special consideration of military men, youth undergoing military training, bringing them up in the spirit of faith in high moral ideals of the American White Nation. All of this is impossible since the majority of the media is now controlled by Jewish corporate interest. These interest don't care about moral conditions, national ideals, or anything else positive. The Jews utilize the media to shape opinion in favor of Jewish global capitalist and wars for Israel.
That's why we at the ANU state that the majority of mass-media in America have ignored these principals and have transformed it into means of mass misinformation, lie, propaganda of debauchery and violation, intimidation and spreading of undisguised anti-white propaganda. Besides that, the majority of mass-media is owned by a circle of manifest and veiled enemies of America. Jews use the latest in psychological manipulation to create zombies of White Americans, transforming them into obedient sheep, which is used for selfish ends.

16. International Relations. Problems of Globalization

ANU appeals to the political leadership of America to solve any conflicts by looking for mutually acceptable solutions. ANU takes the side of victims of aggression, and victims of illegal and unjustified pressure . The ANU perceives the use of military power as a last resort to defend from armed aggression.
Other nations, which includes 90% of the planet, are on the edge of world civilization. Most of them are in debt dependence on financiers of several industry-developed countries and can't create anything of worth. This must stop. All financial aid to other nations will go where it is most needed and that means going to the American people.
ANU questions control of transnational corporations and its involvement in the American economy.
ANU thinks that the territory of America, its natural wealth must be the property of the American people and will not be an object of global trade and must not be ceded to international treaties.
