Please Merge the Executive Summary and News & Discussion forums/sub-forums all into one single forum called "General".

There is already a massive amount of crossover. For example things which could go into "This Just In" going into General. It is confusing and tiresome to have to check into several different forums for almost exactly the same content. The forum will appear more active and populated if you take all the categories/sub-forums and merge them into one "General".

P.S Merge all the stickies into one sticky or just get rid of them. The only sticky we really need to have is one called "Posting Guidelines". This forum needs to be simplified or it will never gain activity.
