Anti-White Police Informant Accused Of Misconduct With ADL
Jewish Organizations Manipulated Police Detective, Police Chief, Councilmen Say

5/9/2007 12:52:02 PM

Mesa, Arizona -- The Anti-Defamation League of B'nai B'rith manipulated a police detective who spent twelve years undercover investigating "white nationalist" organizations and used him to gather information on groups not accused of crimes, including immigration and tax lobbyists, the Mesa, Arizona police chief and a former Mesa City Councilman alleged today.
"There have been some allegations of misconduct of Matt [Browning] concerning a presentation he did at the state Legislature and we're conducting an investigation," Police Chief George Gascon told the press today.

Browning appeared at a meeting of Democratic state legislators called by the ADL and accused several legitimate Republican politicians in Arizona of being members of "hate groups" because of their opposition to immigration. He also stated that the ADL instructed him, outside of his regular police duties, to monitor legal political lobbyists and lobbying organizations that have called for a stop to illegal immigration and lower taxes.

At least six complaints have been filed with the police to date, The Arizona Republic reported, and moer were expected.

Bill Straus, Arizona director of the Anti-Defamation League,

told the paper that the complaints against the ADL were "bullshit" and admitted that the Anti- Defamation League has been monitoring and surveilling several Republican lawmakers in the state because of their opposition to legislation America's organized Jewish community would like to see passed.

Jason T. Ready, a former Mesa Councilman who is "on [the ADL's] radar screen," according to Strauss, says he believe's the ADL's monitoring has extended to physical assaults on Republican lawmakers.

Before the 2006 Council election, Ready traded gunfire with an undocumented immigrant and another man who opened fire on him with a .38 pistol and a pellet gun. The incident may be linked to ADL "surveillance" operations, which have often used patsies to commit assaults on white activists.

This is not the first time the ADL has been involved in a scandal where they have been found to be violating the rights of American citizens on behalf of organized Jewry and the Zionist Mossad. Throughout the early and late 1990s, the ADL was involved in a scandal where it and the government of the Zionist occupation in Palestine were ordered to pay $200,000 in damages to Palestinian activists in California. The ADL was found to have corrupted a number of Los Angeles police detectives and private investigators and used them to spy on and manipulate Palestinian rights groups, passing that information on to enemies of the United States in the Zionist occupation government.

A Mesa police detective who combats race-related hate crimes is under attack by a former City Council candidate.

Jason T. Ready, who was defeated in the 2006 council race by incumbent Kyle Jones, sent a widely distributed e-mail Friday accusing Det. Matt Browning of "slander."

Browning appeared at the state Capitol on March 13 at a Democratic legislative causus sponsored by the Anti-Defamation League of B'Nai B'Rith, an organization that tracks hate crimes and racist organizations. advertisement

Speaking about his 12 years of undercover work, Browning said illegal immigration has become a lighting rod for violent skinheads who randomly attack Mexicans in the Valley.

"In the skinhead lifestyle/culture their weapons are their boots," Browning said. "I've investigated a lot of skinhead crimes, and only on two occasions have I ever investigated one where a weapon like a gun was used. The other ones were steel-toed boots. And if you've ever seen anybody kicked to death, it is a gruesome sight."

Browning said racist extremists live by "14 words," to wit: "We must secure the existence of our people and the future of White children."

Browning's testimony raised the ire of Ready, whose e-mail says: "All border activists, constitutional study groups, and tax protestors, and especially any White Heritage Club members, have been labeled as 'domestic terrorists.'"

He said Browning's "attack has crossed the line."

Ready called for his supporters to join him at Monday night's City Council meeting to speak against Browning. He also called for a letter-writing campaign and solicited "generous donations toward a lawsuit in our behalf."

Ready also said "six complaints have already been filed by citizens with more to follow. An internal affairs unit investigation (by the Mesa Police Department) is under way now as a result."

Police Chief George Gascón confirmed that complaints have been filed and said that all complaints are investigated.

"There have been some allegations of misconduct of Matt concerning a presentation he did at the state Legislature and we're conducting an investigation. That's my policy. We take all public complaints. We look at them on their merits and we dispose of them accordingly," Gascón said.

Bill Straus, director of the Anti-Defamation League, said Ready's supporters "filed some ticky-tacky bull---- complaints that the police department is obliged to follow through on."

Straus said Ready is on his group's radar screen. "We were an organization that first spotlighted the fact that he attended an event held by the National Vanguard, a neo-Nazi organization, here," Straus said.

The National Vanguard has criticized Home Depot because the store chain has in the past allowed day laborers to solicit employment on their premises.

Straus said the forum at which Browning spoke was aimed at showing the linkage between extreme racists and some anti-immigrant activists.

"Extremists not only are drawn to the immigration issues but they use it," Straus aid. "That speaks to the irony of him (Ready) complaining so much."

Ready said in a phone interview Friday afternoon that he is being harassed by Valley police agencies and that the Mesa Police Department seized his car two weeks ago after he was arrested by the Department of Public Safety on a traffic violation.

"To this day I have not gotten a response about it. I have not gotten one shred of paper, no evidence number, nothing," Ready said.

Just before last year's council election, Ready traded gunfire with an undocumented immigrant. Ready said he was in the area of Horne Street and Broadway Road about 1:15 a.m. on March 9, 2006, when he spotted men he thought were "gang bangers" running down the street.

Ready said one of the men shot at him with a gas-powered BB gun and he returned fire with a .38-caliber pistol he was licensed to carry.

Neither man was hurt and Efrain Martinez, 32, later pleaded guilty to one misdemeanor count of providing false information to police.

In May of 2006, Ready organized an anti-immigration rally outside the Mexican consulate in Phoenix.

Ready said Friday he is not violent. "I'm doing nothing but positive stuff. If people don't like it, good. Fight ideas with ideas. Bring it on."
