Not so different than any other amerikwan city; as the white population declines or disappears, ruin follows
We traveled to Youngstown, Ohio, once a booming center of steel production.
In 1977, steel plants started to shut down leading to a devastating decline. We visited the city to see how it’s rebuilding, what locals have to say, and what the future may hold in this historic city.
