In May Putin announced that Russia is developing a national oil and gas exchange, which may develop also to deal in other raw materials, all of which will be bought and sold in rubles. Russia has a 15% share in world oil exports, and a 26% share in world gas exports. It also has a lot of undeveloped reserves. Russia has already started trading gold, agricultural products and other materials in its R.T.S. (Russian Trading System) and has also begun swapping large amounts of its dollar reserves for Euro reserves, as have Syria, Sweden and the United Arab Emirates, with other countries expressing interest.

With aggressive noises coming from Moscow, China growing in strength, the E.U. consolidating and gaining in confidence and the U.S.A., New World Order H.Q., looking increasingly overstretched and exhausted, American economic hegemony is waning. America also has been moving more and more of its imperial military forces to the Middle East region, where they will be defeated in the coming war. I don't even think that the ground forces will fight more than one battle, they are heavily integrated with queers, females and muds, and most of the Whites are fat, soft and degenerate, and there is no strong will to get shot attacking Israel's neighbors.

Probably there will be another Pearl Harbor, 9/11 style attack manufactured to try to build up the will of the retards to fight. However I think that Cold War 2 is getting going also, Russia and China have been forming coalitions with many countries in the Middle East and South America.
