What would have to be done to get wtW to proclaim "black teeth are beautiful"?

What would have to be done to get wtW to miscegenate with btW so they could great “beautiful brown teeth babies”?

What would have to be done to get 50% of the wtW to consider those wtW that thought black teeth to be ugly as teethist?

How long would it take for these transitions in opinions to occur?
