Where can I get a copy of the NA flyer that has 25-30 questions about how anti-semitic you are? I think it was originally called "pssst are you an anti-semite".

I think that might be the automatic score for eveyone who takes the quiz, unless you answer all the questions as if you are a noble jew. I just took it, and actually tried to be extremely moderate, and I'm a nazi scumbag too.

No, there is a system of some 8-10 responses with a respective picture tagged to it. When you get your results it lets you see all the possible results if you clicked the link to it.
There was a Simpson's character representative of the worst one and it advises you to go read some books. The first one calls you a self hating Jew with a picture of a guy with a gun to his head. I didn't pay much attention to the rest though.
