I have dropped over 50 lbs in a year or so, through careful diet and better exercise. I have recently gotten back into lifting after years away from it.
I would like to hear any advice from people who started weight training and gotten good results.
I'm 37. I am 5ft11 and weigh about 235 now. I work out 4 days per week, alternating regimens for different muscle groups with atleast 2 days rest between concentrations. I walk and jog 2.5-3 miles 5-6 days per week, ride a stationary bike on rainy days.
