Are the days of publicly announced rallies over?
Given the resources of manpower (depends on the objective) perhaps the days of announcing a rally is over?
Would it be better to have a walking picket unannounced? A said group could do this (with perhaps 15-20) go to the location totally unopposed. Elizabeth city is the only example I can think of that this was done…it was very successful.
Speech would not be stifled; No fences, no row upon row of law enforcement, no ARA to drown your message out. Media would be informed of event 15 minutes prior.
Would this not be preferable?
