It seems that pro-gun citizens are looking at the District of Columbia v. Heller case in two different ways. Some are glad that a politically right-leaning court is hearing the case rather than a left-leaning one. But others are asking why the court needs to consider an issue - private gun ownership - that is already settled by the Bill of Rights [1] and the words of America’s founders:
