There are tons of "conservative" sites out there instructing Patriots how to survive an encounter with COPS.
I also personally have several friends who are INFOWARS-level aware. Libertarians, Patriots, , whatever they call themselves who talk about "asking for my lawyer"
instead of ever talking to cops---even on routine traffic stops.
My QUESTION surrounds MIranda. A friends son (A Caltech libtard family) was walking with a beer can in a residential area. Cop came around the corner in the squad car. Kid threw the can. Cop never recovered the can. Cop demanded kid "confess" to having open container. Kid asked for MIRANDA.
Cop arrested kid on "obstruction" charge and the kid spent 2 days in jail. The exact language from the Cop apparently was "unless you tell me where the can is
you are going to jail" (((and the kid did not know the law, and figured he was going to jail anyway if he confessed to open container))))
Apparently refusing to confess to something is now "obstruction"-----Cops are universally using this as a way to screw over someone when they dont really have hard evidence.
Is it useful to ask for MIRANDA?
