Yeah, got that Katie & Brian? Actually Vonnie, in situations like this it is best to have some sort of media tent set up and just hold a press conference. You will need to make a press release and then set up lots of folding chairs and a podium with plenty of space for microphones. You will need someone assigned to check press badges and a parking lot for all network uplink trucks.
