Yes, they certainly can. I know a schizophrenic who was banned from every bar and coffeeshop in the local college/hippytown area. He was an obnoxious mooching pest and bad for business.

In that case it's not a good idea to wear a white pride type shirt when you go to the store. Do you have any say in the matter, or can they ban you for whatever reason they like and that is final? What about the case inwhich it is a store with food which provides a basic need for survival?

Based on the fact that your on privately held property, yes, you can be thrown out of and banned from a store.

If you have ver had an issue with a storeowner, they can always have you thrown out of a store.

However, the flip side of this is, you could sue the store owner for discrimination.

Only if you are a "protected class," and even then, only if others from the same class can show that they too were banned.

When I was paying for a pepsi wearing a "White Pride" shirt with the American flag, this white cashier girl looked alarmed and looked over at the hindu lady store owner who was looking the other way. I bet that if the white girl had gotten the hindu's attention, the hindu would have run me out of the store.

Non-white invaders (typically dots and paks armed with "for non-whites only" small business loans) frequently colonize small towns in my part of Texas and then employ the local white proletariat, usually at the minimum wage rate. It's a sad sight to see the should-be owners of these establishments working for a pittance doled out by their brown masters.

There is a Hindu temple here and they buy all the stores around here like this little loud hindu toad lady. And then you have a minimum wage know-it-all alarming them when someone is wearing an offensive shirt. If they are a know-it-all then why are they working minimum wage?
