I'm setting up and developing http://poisonedpatriot.org for those of us who were poisoned at Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeuene, North Carolina.
What does VNN use and is it considered the best content management software available? I need to get going and start cataloging articles, legislation, and various documents.
