Today a judge in Roanoke dismissed Bill White's "temporary injunction." against Erica. Reports from <deletia> on the scene say that White was acting like a madman making himself look like a boob (no pun intended) and trying to play the expert witness in court. A judge ruled against his "emergency injunction" on the grounds that he could not produce any evidence that Erica had commited specific crimes against him beyond tresspassing. Erica has not been illegally on White's property since she was arrested last month. Erica had asked for a continuance on White's injunction as his suit was just another suckerpunch and an abuse of the law in order for him to keep in contact with her.

<Note: I have researched and proven that Erica lived in the area long before Bill White came to Roanoke. Bill came to Roanoke just to get near her>

On his website Bill brags about bringing Erica to tears and claims that she is in love with him. He goes back and forth between calling her a "drunk/communist/whore ect.." to proclaiming that he unearthed the "true sweet Erica" in court this morning.

Pretty typical stalker sort of behaviour on the part of Bill. Everybody but himself and perhaps Mike Blevins can see through him.

<Note: Blevins knows that White is a liar (and so is Blevins) but when you are out of friends, you take whatever garbage comes your way.>

Strangely absent from the courtroom today was Bill White well wisher Ken "DOC" Schneider.

White intends to appeal today's ruling and is likely on the phones in a neurotic frenzy as we speak. On a lighter note White commented that a News reported had attempted to "intimidate him"

To this White posted the following. "I am not easily provoked to confrontation -- the fact that I'm 6'2", 210 lbs

<Note: If White is 6'2, then I am 6'6. He lied on his drivers license. And yes, Bill White only physically attacks women aka Hooligirl and Erica Hardwick. Takes a real big men to try to beat up on women instead of men. >
