An Angolan who came to Germany 21 years ago is being persuaded to step down from a political election in the eastern part of the country by the National Democratic party. Zeca Schall is described as a 'German' citizen, but if he obtained it by naturalization then it can only be a recent development. Since 1913 Germany has upheld blood based citzenship laws, and even now obtaining German citizenship through an immigrant route requires at least 10 years of permanent residency. Seems the Germans are being conditioned to accept mulitculturalism much as Britain has, though it is nowhere near as decadent as the UK in that respect. An immigrant foreigner can live in Britain for just 5 years after settling and acquire British citizenship even if they have a poor grasp of English. What is this 'German' Schall planning to do for his constiuents asuming he wins? Working for improved employment or environmental issues for native residents? No. Unsurprisingly he's been named as a CDU expert for the integration of minorities.
