It's got nothing to do with his religious faith Spengler. It's more to do with his ideas on how organizational structure should be laid out. For the good and safety of the organization and its members. I think what has just happened with AN and these membership applications is a very good indication that Pastor Gulett was hitting the nail on the head when he penned this resignation.

Well I think you are wrong. Obviously Pastor Gulett had a problem with the machinations of Aryan Nations superstructure but his faith had nothing to do with that. As a matter of fact he was speaking out against the very things you pointed out. Thats where you got the info as a matter of fact. The problem had to do with an elderly man too old to make solid organizational decisions being led around by kids and federal coverts. The Aryan Nations has been a target of the feds for many years and to completely destroy it has been their goal. And they have done a very good job of it. But of course the poor leadership only gave them an open door.

Good...I think with the recent event of AN applications being faxed to OPP and posted on the net that this resignation finally made public does a fine job of pointing out a few problems.

I had resigned from the Aryan Nations several months ago because of the ill decisions and unkempt manner in which Aryan Nations was being ran from Idaho. I made the decision to return to the Aryan Nations at the request of several members. I now think that it was a mistake for me to return to this organization because I see that nothing has changed. Aryan Nations has a cancer that I feel recovery from is impossible. Aryan Nations is dying and will decay completely. Oh yes there will be a few card carriers who will continue to pretend that Aryan Nations is doing something, but that will simply be children living under a delusion.

While I have the greatest respect for the ideals of the organization that you started nearly thirty years ago, I feel that far too much damage has been done for Aryan Nations to ever recover. And I feel that your leadership abilities are not what they should be in order to govern a political entity such as Aryan Nations. For example. While speaking to you on the phone earlier today, you were blaming me for events that took place in my absence. The several months that I was away from Aryan Nations and not an active member, you claim there were some things going on that I was to blame for, because you stated that I should have "come to your defense". I ask you sir why was I to blame for actions of men that I was not in authority over let alone an active member of the same organization with ? How was I to come to your defense when I was not even aware of what it is that you claim took place ? Had you called me and asked me to defend you I might have, depending on what it was you needed defense from. However; had you asked me to defend you because some of the stupid decisions that you have made over the years, I would have declined to do so. These same types of decisions and betrayals of the men that are most loyal and productive to Aryan Nations is characteristic of you for as long as I have been associated with Aryan Nations.

Furthermore; while speaking to you earlier, you referred to a letter that was written by Rick Mon Barren titled "why I was dismissed by Pastor Ray" I did read that letter and from the knowledge that I have of the events that took place, Rick Mon Barren is a liar. You called him a liar yourself, when he attacked your character, yet now that he is attacking others with his lies you miraculously think he is capable of truth. Is it that Rick Mon Barren is only a liar when he is slandering you ? And there is more; Bradley Jenkins, under the direction of Pastor Redfeairn, traveled cross country on two different occasions, at his own expense, to rescue Aryan Nations files and records from Rick Mon Barren, who stole them from the Aryan Nations office. Bradley Jenkins returned those files and records directly to you. And yet you tell lies and slander him and Pastor Redfeairn, while believing the vile accusations that Rick Mon Barren has made against these two men. How quick you seem to forget who your loyal subjects are.

You also let me know that you are upset because several of the men of the Aryan Nations have asked you to retire. You have named Pastor Redfeairn as your successor on two occasions that I am aware of and each time you reneged on that appointment. Idiotic decision making Pastor Butler. I have been Pastor Redfeairns coadjutant for quite a long time now. Why in the world he has maintained loyalty to you for so many years is beyond my comprehension. He is too good of a man to be lowered to the standards that you set for Aryan Nations. You will not even hold Aryan Nations accountable to its own standards of measure. You do not conduct Aryan Nations according to its own political platform. You do not hold the men under you accountable for their own actions, but hand out favors and punishments according to who kisses your ass the most and who pads your wallet the thickest. Example: Rick Spring, I remember last year when Rick Springs authority, qualifications and abilities as Chief of Security was in question, you told me that he had been a member for at least three years. That was either a lie or you are delusional. Because at the time we had discovered that you had only met Rick a year or so prior to that date and he then had only been a member for a year. I suspect that it was an out and out lie from you, because I remember back in the mid 90's you said something similar about Vince Reed, the International Ambassador for Aryan Nations, you stated that he was "tried and true" and that you had known him for many years and it turns out that you had only known him for about six months. As it turned out Vince Reed proved to be on zogs payroll working as a Federal undercover agent that put three of our men in prison that I can personally name (Jason Swanson, Dan Rick and Dennis McGiffen) and I know there are others on this list. Rick Spring at the time in question had the same M.O. that Vince Reed did, but you blindly placed him in a position that potentially endangered other men. Rick Spring it appears still has you living in a cloud of confusion. Example; you told me that Rick Spring stated to you that he was taking a "whole bunch" of Aryan Nations members to New Jersey to the recent Rally against the Illegal Freedom Riders being staged by Hal Turner. The fact is that there are no Aryan Nations members under his authority in Rick Springs home state of Arkansas other than Rick Spring himself. Rick Spring it seems now does more work for Billy Roper than he does for Aryan Nations. Why is that ? Rick Spring may be an honest man, I personally like him. However; like should have nothing to do with it, new members should at least work in the rank and file, earning these positions of trust, before being placed in positions that can be potentially hazardous to Aryan Nations and its members. Had you done this with Vince Reed, these men that I have forenamed most likely would never have went to prison.

And now you have junior members running the headquarters in Idaho. These men have only been Aryan Nations members for a few months and I am aware have already caused unrest within Aryan Nations, disrespecting senior officers and disobeying orders. Zach Beck for instance sent out an email on the Aryan Nations base computer using the Aryan Nations world Headquarters email address cursing and using nigger street language to Aryan Nations state leaders. He, prior to membership in Aryan Nations was living in the woods in a tent before you accepted his membership application and made him a trusted staff member. Does he have a job and contribute financially to the operations of Aryan Nations, or does he simply live off of the membership fees of the Aryan Nations ? Karl Gharst at least has a job but remains a staff member after only being an Aryan Nations member for a few months and one of his great moves since his membership was to disobey your direct order and call the police on Rick Mon Barren after you told him not to. Now you all are going to be subpoenaed to testify against Rick Mon Barren for assault on Gharst. Since when does Aryan Nations use the courts of zog to settle Aryan Nations matters ?

You Pastor Butler, do need to and have a duty to retire if these are the kind of illogical thought patterns and practices that you have. You haven't the ability to run Aryan Nations any longer. As long as you are in charge, Aryan Nations will never again be a forceful weapon against the enemies of our race. And I am certain that after you are gone it's decay will continue til the rot reaches the gutter, because it has already reached the heart, head and body of Aryan Nations.

I have said all of that to say this; I no longer wish to be affected by your poor decision making. I have decided to dedicate all of my efforts to the Church of the Sons of YHVH. So what I am requesting from you is, that upon your receiving this resignation, you instruct your webmaster to completely remove my name and address, one final time, from your list of state offices.
