A Chattanooga man who police say turned his pit bull loose on a chihuahua is charged with animal fighting. Kent Coleman was picked up and hauled to jail.
He posted a $1000 bond and got out later. A vet treated Cynthia Eady's chihuahua for skin tears and puncture wounds. Coleman will be in court November 8.
