How can you be certain of something when you have absolutetly no proof?

You can say someone is acting like a jew if they are.. but how do you know they are a jew exactly?
If you call someone a jew when its warranted i wont ban you.. but [highlight]if you are continually calling people it because you dont like them & no other reason [color="Red"]you get a few day ban[/highlight]... hardly as bad as you are making it seem
