From Uruknet.info, a generally reliable source. Caution is advised since they are not a "neutral" source but it matches what I am reading from elsewhere. And if this is true we are getting the opposite of the truth from our American "news sources". This has got to stop. -- FJ.

CAMP FALCON: WHAT REALLY HAPPENED?

Iraqis and Americans must read the information below. They must watch the two videos. And then they, and people over the world, must ask the U.S. government for a full and open explanation of what happened at Camp Falcon, Baghdad, on the 10th of October 2006.
Index has had the following report from an Iraqi concerning the explosions at As Saqr / Camp Falcon:
[INDENT]"The resistance attacked Camp Falcon south of Baghdad. This camp is considered as the most important munition camp. The explosions in the camp continued for three hours and was transmitted in direct on Al Jazeera. The resistance filmed the explosions and diffused them on the internet.
Iraq for ever of Fadhil Badrani translated the information on US Pentagon site which says that there were 5000 soldiers in this camp. But the Pentagon the same night declared that there were only 100 soldiers. This was evident is to hide the losses.
The resistance in Falluja and Habaniyah that there were 9 gros porteurs planes landed in Habaniyah the same night where there is a US military hospital.
Iraqis says that the attack costed US 1 million dollars, many hundred deaths and the conviction that controlling Baghdad plan is but a mirage."

Then I read at the end of the story:
I saw that too. It was the reason I wasn't going to post it at first, then I did but with a disclaimer. Here's why:
There's lots of jews "of a certain age" who are reflexively antiwar. When they were told that the Iraq war was "good for the Jews" they opposed it anyway.
Then I saw the beauty of it. There's no doubt whatever that lots of goys are getting killed for jews while all along the jews are cutting the ground out from under them. Can you believe that?
More important: When the shit hits the fan (I'll bet sooner instead of later) can you imagine how pissed off the troops are going to be when they find things like this out???
The Camp Falcon attack strikes me as perfect this way: On one hand, the jews get to rejoice that some of the best gentiles are getting killed. On the other hand, the gentiles are only there in the first place because of the jews.
Incredible or what?

A $300 mortar did this??
I don't believe you build a major (5000 soldier) base, 8 miles south of Baghdad, that has a massive ammo dump, and not protect it. I smell sabatoge.

What kinds of mortars are we talking? Probably Russian, 82mm-120mm, which have plenty of range. One site I looked at said upwards of 3000 meters. That's over 9000 feet, more than a mile and a half, almost 2 miles. Unless you want to have a base four miles in diameter, or have a metric butt ton of troops patroling the perimeter, a mortar round CAN hit whatever's above ground on the base. There were rumors going around the news channels that this was the work of an insider, handing information to the mortar teams.
Let's look at this, then. Your inside man could easily find out where there's lots of ammunition stored. He could be anything from one of the janitors to a food service worker to any number of things the military is too lazy to do for itself. In the course of his duties, he probably comes across some of the storage areas. It wouldn't take a rocket scientist to figure out where non-classified type ordnance is being stored. Hell, just keenly observing the movements of the Americans on base could probably give him a good clue.
Your inside man can then either pace off, or otherwise determine distances between various things, and hand off that info to your insurgents. Insurgents plan out a place to conduct the fire mission outside the wire, and plan all of their fires for however long they want to plan the whole thing out. Pick a night, toss the mortars into trucks, drive to the area where the entire fire mission has already been planned out and the math has already been done, spend maybe a minute setting up, put ordnance on target, boogey on out of there, and watch the light show.
I really don't think it'd be THAT HARD to carry this out on a normal munitions depot, considering these people probably had all their ordnance securely stored, had an inside man to tell them which buildings to shoot for, and had all the time in the world to plan. Their biggest problem would likely be operational and personell security, making sure nobody blabs and there are no witnesses who might blab when it comes to moving ordnance and whatnot.

What bothers me this time around is why they're keeping the lid on this.
If Israelis wanted to blow up a US ammo dump in Iraq to turn the heat up, I'd expect to see Camp Falcon on the cover of both Time and Newsweek not to mention 24/7 coverage on the nets.
Nope, nothing.
So the second thing that crosses my mind is, when's the last time USZOG covered up an attack against their own legions? Takes only a minute to think of at least one: Early on in the war, a black muslim US soldier fragged a bunch of his mates. They couldn't ignore the story entirely but not too many Americans Stateside heard about it, just the same.
That tells me maybe, just maybe, more muslims-in-US-uniforms are working for the wrong side. Just a feeling. But this war is turning lots more rotten than Vietnam was, and that's saying plenty.
Not for a moment would I rule out Israeli involvment. I just find it hard to believe they'd go to the trouble of taking out a fat US target and then keeping it quiet.
