If we understood chaos theory could we use it for ou own benefits.

Everyone has heard the pretentious saying that the fluttering of the wings of a butterfly can cause a chain events leading to an earthquake on the other side.

Maybe if we made the right calculation, just a simple and legal act could create the conditions which will allow us to get into power.

Actually, i read in a popular science book that the the CIA employ there own chaos and game theory experts who help with operations; and there is also a fear that there may be some clever people out there who could use game theory for their own "evil" ends.

So this longwinded introduction leads me to a question, is there a simple and legal act that we can employ which will open up the forces of chaos to our own advantage
