Our Imperial Wizard talked to Mrs. Killen tonight. Brother Killen is not doing well at all. He is not getting proper medical treatment and his health is failing. He had an "accident" a few weeks ago and didn't get to go to the doctor until after his leg swelled enough that his knee burst open. One of the pins had been knocked loose in his leg. Anyone that has an idea of how to help this Brother, please let us know. We are looking for any group that fights for prisoners rights or anything else we can do.

I strongly advise you fellows to either phone or visit Mr Killen's attorney and ask him to personally investigate Mr Killen's physical condition and well-being. And if he's being mistreated, his attorney has got to raise hell with prison officials, and via the media.

If his attorney declines, then try to hire one who will.

They have retained a new attorney that is supposed to be very good. I assume that he is already setting the wheels into motion to get something done about this. Time is critical for a man his age in failing health.

Don't ASSUME anything ! Lawyers are notoriously slack and lazy . Is there any way that you could publish a bunch of flyers about this man's fate and distribute them, in the area local to the jail/prison ? Maybe have kids do the distro ?

Additionally, get on the internet and look for all the 'prison rights' groups you can find and email them . ( Also, look for suggestions in the sites about ways to help a prisoner . See if they have any legal drafts that can be filed, on a prisoners behalf . )

I live about 6 hours or more from the prison. We have been trying to find some groups on prison rights. We have a couple of good forum members (on White Rights) that know a lot about it and they are trying to help.

Mr. Killen is a real patriot who never bowed down to the powers of government and never sold his honor for a few pieces of silver like so many of the other so-called patriots in this country. Our Imperial Wizard is in contact almost weekly with Mrs. Killen. He is keeping up with the status regularly. They are on the road right now and it will be a few days before I can find out any new information. He has his wife and some step children that take of him.

Mr. Killen is a gentleman and a patriot. I'm sad to learn of his health problems. I'll pray for him and his family.

We had contact from Mrs. Killen today. She doesn't even know what hospital Bro. Killen is in. They said if anything critical happens, they will let her know. The good news is that his lawyers are really working because there is a lot of proof of his mistreatment. Maybe something will be done now.
