The EPA sees cows as a source of methane gas that contributes to global warming. New York farmers are asking Congress to make sure the idea of taxing farms for flatulence is swiftly expelled.
What about the millions of bison that used to roam the prairies? The farted too? What about all the Mexicans eating refried beans and farting up a storm? Why not tax Mexicans?
