According to Gerald Celente, there will be a very large glut in commercial space. Moderately-sized commercial properties could be converted into very inexpensive apartment units provided they are refurbished with proper facilities. Is anyone familiar with zoning processes or other considerations (i.e. civil rights nonsense) which would prevent these units from being rented to white families, and any ideas on how to get around it?
This could be a good way to generate revenue for activism should you wish to do so. Worst case, it could be 'join us, and you can live here for next to nothing'; in depressions, people think with their pocketbooks and align their loyalties accordingly.
