In last week's "Minute"[1], a right-wing French weekly, there was an article about an Islamic preacher living in France. The article focused on the preacher's family business, mud breeding, and the revenue it generates.
The preacher has two wives with whom he has had eight children each, totaling sixteen children.
"Minute" lists the various benefits he receives per month:

1. As Wife 2 is legally speaking not a wife she receives the Isolated Parent Allowance (Allocation pour parent isolé) amounting (707.19 + (176.80 * 7) 1 944.79 Euros per month.

2. Wife 2 receives Basic Family Allowance (Allocations familiales basiques) for her eight children amounting to 978.08 Euros per month.

3. If three of Wife 2's children are below three years of age she is entitled to the Young Child Allowance (Allocation pour jeune enfant) amounting to 161.66 Euros * 3) 484.98 Euros per month.

4. As Wife 2 is considered an isolated parent she is also entitled to a Housing Allowance (Allocation logement) that in her case can be expected to reach 300 Euros per month.

5. As Wife 2 is unlikely to be working (legally) she is also likely to be receiving the Minimum Insertion Wage (Revenu minimum d'insertion) which with her having eight children amounts to (417.88 + (167.15 * 8)) 1 755.08 Euros per month.

6. If four of Wife 2's children are of school age she is entitled to New Schoolyear Assistance (Allocation de rentrée scolaire) amounting to ((257.61 * 4) / 12) 85.87 Euros per month.

Wife 2 and her brood: 5 548.80 Euros (36 397.75 Francs or 6 626 US dollars) per month.

7. Wife 1, the Islamic preacher's legal wife receives Basic Family Allowance for her eight children amounting to 978.08 Euros per month.

8. If three of Wife 1's children are below three years of age she is entitled to Young Child Allowance amounting to (161.66 Euros * 3) 484.98 Euros per month.

9. If Wife 1 and her husband the Islamic preacher are playing the system correctly they are also entitled to a Housing Allowance that in their case can be expected to reach 300 Euros per month.

10. As the Islamic preacher is not gainfully employed and Wife 1 is unlikely to be working (legally) they are also likely to be receiving the Minimum Insertion Wage which with their having eight children amounts to (626.82 + (167.15 * 8)) 1 964.02 Euros per month.

11. If four of Wife 1's children are of school age they are entitled to New Schoolyear Assistance amounting to ((257.61 * 4) / 12) 85.87 Euros per month.

Wife 1 and her brood: 3 812.95 Euros (25 011.31 Francs or 4 553 US dollars) per month.

Total for the Islamic preacher and his two "wives": 9 361.75 Euros (61 409.05 Francs or 11 179 US dollars) per month. The paper underlines that some of these figures are estimates and that they may indeed be a lot higher and that the paper has not taken into account the sums received due to any local benefit schemes. I may add that he is probably getting breaks on local
taxes considering the size of his families [3].

9 361.75 Euros, or 492.72 Euros (589 US dollars) per head, may not be a fortune, but it certainly gives the Islamic preacher a head start. Add some undeclared work on the side, contributions from his faithful, and he is
enjoying quite a comfortable little life. And he breeds.

The privilege of the white man is that he is paying for
his own destruction.

PS: The Islamic preacher was ordered to leave the country a week or so ago but an administrative tribunal rescinded the order for humanitarian and procedural reasons.
