So, they are corrupt, and that is why they cannot transition from 'colonialism' to glory.

So, how come niggers in Liberia, which gained it's independence in 1847, are so fucked up? I mean, that's 170 years of freedumb...yet they still suck:

So, I'm thinking perhaps they are to blame for their inability to be anything other than corrupt, violent, and mismanage everything they touch....all by themselves, anywhere in the world, their achievements are minuscule in comparison to their shortcomings.

Self-evident fact by now: no amount of $$ thrown at them elevates their basic, biological nature.
