I work for a landlord who rents to a section 8 slob who has ruined the house she lives in and is a disguisting pig of a nigger.

The house she lives in has radiant heated floors which means there is piping inside the concrete slab under the house which flows heated water to heat the entire house.

This dumb bitch has been having problems with the boiler, we tried to diagnose it but couldn't figure out the problem. We then realized that paint was peeling on the laundry room floor.

Turns out there was a crack in the boiler and water was leaking inside the concrete slab underneath the house.

We had to have a new furnace installed which cost about 5000 dollars. So when the guy is there installing the furnace he realizes the gas pressure is very low in the house and tells us that it looks like someone has broken the lock on the gas meter and they are stealing gas.

My boss starts thinking if this piece of trash nigger hasn't paid her gas bill...what else hasn't she paid? So he goes and gets a copyof the water bill and it hasn't been paid for a year and is at $5500! She must have been stealing water too.

We would have discovered the leaky boiler if she had seen the water bill spike, but she just threw them away without even looking so now we're stuck with a massive water bill.

BTW this dumb nigger bitch gets 880 dollars a month from section 8. Free rent paid for by your tax dollars.
