I just listened to last night's show, in which Hal somewhat
indirectly threatened the judge that he is apparently going
to stand in front of today (June 15th). He parsed his words
carefully, as usual, skirting "the line" - but his message was
crystal clear. I'd love to see a transcript of today's court
proceedings.

Brass balls or a screw loose? The latter I think.

screw loose, and an ego a mile high
Transcribed from the 10-14-2006 Hal Turner Show. Typos are mine.
"The last story I want to cover tonight before I open the phones
is a story out of Reno, Nevada, and it is particularly relevant
tonight. A judge in Reno, Nevada was shot by a sniper in his
office, in the county courthouse. A SWAT team was looking
for the sniper in the area of the courthouse. Now, this, uh, this
judge was shot in the Reno Justice Court. Reno Police
Commander Steve Pitts said the department SWAT team was
inside the courthouse looking for whoever fired the shots. The
shots are believed to have come from a sniper who used a rifle.
The sniper is still at large. [The] shooting was reported about
11:15 AM in the Reno Justice Courts Family Division area on
the north side of the building, which faces the Truckee River.
Apparently the judge survived. All right, he was shot in the chest,
but apparently he survived. I have no information other than the
fact that I believe he survived. But this shooting of a judge, I think, serves a purpose. More
and more people at the local, county, state, and federal level
are growing very tired of judges who dare to think they can do
whatever the hell they want without consequence. When I was raised, as a child, I was taught that judges are
supposed to be fair and impartial. I was taught that justice
is supposed to be blind. But as I have gotten older and have
started paying attention to what's actually going on in the
legal system, I have noticed that quite a number of judges
seem to be more enthralled by their absolute immunity from
lawsuits, than they are with being fair and impartial. And what
ends up happening in many courtrooms, is people go in seeking
justice, or hoping for justice, but they find a judge who's drunk
with power, who thinks he can't be gotten to. Well, judges can
be gotten to. They can all be gotten to. And in my opinion, it is
healthy that judges be reminded of that harsh reality from time
to time. Now you're going to have to read between the lines with what
I'm about to say, but a lot of you will understand what I mean.
I'm a pretty square guy. If I walk into a courtroom, I am either seeking
justice for myself, or expecting justice for something that I've done
wrong. If I do wrong, I expect to be punished. But if I have not done
wrong, I will not abide being punished. I believe in retaliation. I advocate
vigilantism. And I know that no one is all powerful. We all can bleed.
And as I look to the future, I expect to be given a fair deal, to be
treated fairly and impartially, in any legal proceedings I have.
I'm a big boy. If I do wrong, I can take punishment. But if I haven't
done wrong, I will not take punishment without retribution. I attended Nordic Fest in Dawson's Springs, Kentucky, and I made
some very good friends at the Imperial Klans of America, the
Ku Klux Klan. And I made some excellent friends with very powerful
skinhead groups. And I spoke at the Antietam National Battlefield
this past weekend, at the invitation of the World Knights of the
Ku Klux Klan. If I am treated fairly, I will treat people fairly. But if
I am treated unfairly, I am fully prepared to unleash unfairness on
the people who mistreat me. Everything is in place in the event I
am mistreated. So I encourage fair and impartial justice in
the courts of this country, because I am willing to evoke a
horrible price for injustice. I just hope that won't be necessary. Now I know you guys know what I'm talking about. I've talked
about it without talking about it. Isn't that kind of cool? (laughs) I'll leave you with this:
I have dealt harshly with judges in the past. Federal District Judge
Nicholas Politan retired hurriedly from the bench of the United States
District Court in Newark, New Jersey, after I took steps in opposition
to some things he did on the bench. Federal District Judge John W.
Bissell, of the United States District Court in Newark, sold his house
and moved after I conducted some efforts over things he did on the
bench. Federal district judge Maryann Trump Barry of the District Court
in Newark recused herself from some cases after I dealt with her.
I know how to deal with judges, and I am not afraid."

Anyone that talks like Turnerstein would be sitting in jail right now with Matt Hale.
I agree, Subrosa. There is some reason he is being allowed to speak these things over nationwide radio. It will be interesting to see how his court case turns out. I am sure zog would like to break up NSM as well as NA. In my estimation, Turner is a direct link to NSM and its leaders. The general mode of bringing down the leaders has been to do so from within. I am not accusing Turner of anything, just pointing out that he is in trouble for this mex veteran affair. It would not surprise me if the mex was also doing a civil suit for "damages" from his being pushed by Turner. It just has a bad feeling to it.
Turner probably paid some homeless 'rican to dress up and parade around. Certainly Turnerstein would never, ever raise a fist to anyone even remotely capable of defending themself.

Turner gets more time for defense

JOURNAL STAFF WRITER
NORTH BERGEN - Radio talk show host Hal Turner was given yet another court date yesterday, this time to allow his attorney additional time to prepare for the case.
Turner, who espouses hatred of immigrants, Jews, gays and other minorities on his Web site and radio show, is accused of assaulting Vietnam War veteran Jaime Vazquez, who was protesting in front of Turner's North Bergen home on April 12.
The case - originally scheduled to go before the court last month - was initially pushed back after Turner told the judge that his attorney had dropped the case that morning.
However, the attorney named by Turner - Jim Orlando - later told The Jersey Journal that he had never agreed to take the case.
Yesterday, Turner was in court alongside his attorney, Howard W. Bailey, of Newark. Former Freeholder Ray Velazquez Jr. is representing Vazquez, a former Jersey City councilman and director of the Jersey City Office of Veteran's Affairs.
The confrontation took place two days after an immigration rights rally in Liberty State Park.
Turner, who hired an airplane to carry a banner with an anti-Mexican slur over the rally, later told The Jersey Journal that since illegal immigrants were breaking the law, "people like me" could break the law as well by "shooting them down."
After reading Turner's comments, Vazquez marched outside Turner's Paterson Plank Road condominium complex in his Marine uniform, carrying a sign reading: "Hal Turner - shoot me! Racists and bigots like you are cowards."
It was then, Vazquez said, that Turner pushed the 56-year-old, causing him to fracture his wrist.
Vazquez, who will turn 57 Sunday, was still wearing a cast and a sling on his left arm when he arrived in court yesterday.
He said he's been touched by the amount of support he's received from supporters in Jersey City and throughout the state and vows to continue advocating for tolerance and peace.

1) Nice tactic, squeezing an extra years worth of sympathy out of the spic.
Next time they'll print, "Vazquez, who will turn 80 in 24 years ......".
2) Still wearing a cast and sling 9+ weeks after the "injury"? He probably
stood in court, flanked on one side by his attorney, on the other by a violinist.
Anyone in the area want to volunteer to do some photo recon to see if he's
wearing a cast/sling outside of court?
