Happy Mardis Gras, one and all.
Mardis Gras, aka Fat Tuesday, the feast before the fast -- for observant Catholics anyway. For the rest of us, it's a day off work, an excuse to get drunk, pig out, have a parade, and engage in all manner of debauchery.
