I have come accross this essay of his, on more than one occasion whilst perusing faem.com, but cannot for the life of me, find it now! In it, he talks about the proven value of negative eugenics and the National Socialist eugenics programme being based uopn an earlier American system.
Does this ring a bell with anyone?
Failing that: can anyone provide me with a comprehensive exposition (in layman's terms) of the workings and proven value of negative eugenics?
