Hispanic Population Projections.
Today non-Hispanic whites make up about 68% of the population. This is expected to fall to 46% in 2050. This, as a result of a much older white population, relative to minorities. The report foresees the Hispanic population rising from 15% today to 30% by 2050.
According to Census 2000, there are in the US, 35,305,818 Hispanics of Any Race, 33,081,736 Hispanics of One Race, 710,353 Black Hispanic, 407,073American Indian-Hispanic, 119,829 Asian Hispanic, 45,326 Hawaiian/Polynesian Hispanic and others. Thats well over 135 Million non-White Hispanic Americans and if they are not counting the illegals, then that would probably be closer to 200+ Million non-White Hispanics.
According to the same site there are only 16,907,852 Hispanics of the White Race. I havent seen any of these except on TV...Joanna Garcia, Emilio Estevez which would include his family the Sheen's, Christina Aquilera, Andy García and others. And even Shakira according to the White Latin-Amercanslink.
