That's easy, their banking system isn't under the control of Jews. Nothing even close to "sub prime" loans. No money gouging schemes, no money manipulation. Indian bankers seem to have a hard time seeing why any loans would be made to those that can not pay it back. "Capital ratios are 12-13 percent instead of 7-8 percent".

India had a bank regulator, Dr V.Y. Reddy, who was anti-Greenspan. His philosphy was if a banker was given a chance to cheat they would. Many bankers in India despised him. No doubt these bankers wanted to be like their Jewish counterparts in the USA and europe. In other words, they wanted to manipulate, defraud, and use whatever methods available to enrich themselves with little concern about the integrety of the banking system.
