How To Steal A House
Given my mood this evening, I’ve decided to share one of the best bits of anti-social wisdom in my possession: How to steal a house.
I mean that literally. What I am telling you is to how to take a house, release the mortgage, title it to your name, and then refinance or sell it, stripping all the equity out of the home and transferring it to your bank account.
This works best with vacant properties or properties with absentee owners. This technique was used by one Jew to steal about five hundred houses, and to make $255 million dollars, over the course of about five years. It has been used many other times to steal lesser amounts of money. The Freeman — those kooky militia guys who were arrested for having common law courts in Montana — used this technique, as have many, many tax protestors and “stop foreclosure and release your home for free” guys. Unlike the Jews, they tend to have a small imagination, and only steal their own homes. You do not have to keep your sites so small.
In fact, stealing a house is so easy you could steal an entire city in a matter of maybe a month with little chance of anyone noticing.
This is what you do:
Go to your local circuit court and look up what a deed to a house looks like, then look up what a release of mortgage looks like.
Go to your home computer, and type up a template for both under the name of a local law firm, real or imagined. If imagined, place it in the same state but, maybe, a hundred miles outside of town. Better to use a real one, though — pick an attorney who recently retired from a firm. He’ll come up as legit with a bar number if anyone inquires, but will be likely hard to reach at his office to deny his involvement.
Militiamen have done this deeds in the names of courts that don’t exist, judges that don’t exist, and others that don’t exist except in their imaginations. Its easy to do.
Now find a house you want to steal. A vacant house is easier, but you can also steal an occupied home. Tax protestors have stolen the homes of public officials with the public officials living in them. Rental property and property unlikely to be sold or transferred by its actual owners are the best targets, though.
Go look up the existing note. Type up a release of mortgage, using your template, for that note, and a general warranty deed transferring the home to you. Sign it, or, better yet, have a friend who has no other involvedment sign it. (This, by the way, is serious forgery and a serious felonious crime). Then send someone down to the local circuit court recorder’s office to record the release of mortgage and the deed. There are courier services that do nothing but this all day long. These services hire low wage dopes. Hire a friend of your for $6 an hour to go and do what all the other couriers do. Just make sure to give him a check for the proper recording tax and fees.
Voila. The house is legally yours, at least, as far as anyone looking at the title will no. There are no checks in place at any recorders office, to my knowledge, to stop this kind of fraud.
To undo what you’ve just done, the owner of the home or the owner of the previous mortgage will have to hire an attorney to go to court and seek a court order to remove or invalidate the recorded documents. This is expensive and difficult, as many public officials in Montana and elsewhere where there are tax protestors have learned.
Now this is done, you can legally sell or refinance the home without the actual owner knowing, placing a deed of trust against the house that is almost impossible to release, despite being fraudulent, while pocketing all the money yourself and stashing it overseas.
To do this, just go to a subprime mortgage company that doesn’t implement a lot of checks and balances and apply for an owner occupied stated income mortgage, preferrably with only a drive by appraisal. With the mortgage crash, these are hard to come by these days, but, if necessary, you can implement a bigger fraud with a little theater. This is why its so easy to pick on vacant houses — just wait for the appraiser, show up, break in (generally a less serious crime than recording the fake deed), and show him around the place. If you have to, you can always forge your mortgage credentials, using an “asset rental service” to make it appear like you have a large bank account, or a “credit rental service” to rent someone else’s credit score. Despite new anti-fraud measures, these efforts, if done right, usually work.
When closing the transaction, make sure to use a title company, not a title attorney, with a non-professional closer. In the big cities, these fly by night companies proliferate; in smaller areas, you may have to hunt one down. You want to find a small and unprofessional title operation that doesn’t ask many questions. They are not hard to find.
With all this done, you can refinance the house — or cut the bank fraud out entirely and just sell it someone — with no problem. The house is legally (to all appearances) yours free and clear and the deed of trust placed on it will be vigorously defended by the mortgage company, even if it is illegitimate, probably to the exhaustion of the victim’s resources.
Even better than stealing houses for your own profit, you can go down to your local recorder’s office and just sow chaos — transfer homes from innocent victims to the names of people you want to target, to make it appear as if they were behind the fraud. Generally, in fraud cases, the police target the person who benefitted and profitted from the crimes. If you record a transfer of a dozen houses, over the course of a year, into the name of a local nigger legislator or NAACP official who is already corrupt, then the feds will just assume they did it, particularly if they are under investigation, as most Negro officials are, for other acts of fraud, and not look too hard at who may have done it to them.
Of course, all this is a crime, but I’m angry enough tonight at the entire system that providing some assistance to those who want to throw it into chaos doesn’t seem so bad to me. Just don’t call me for help if you get caught — I want nothing to do with your crap.
Coming soon, maybe, is how to do the exact same thing by recording bogus UCC filings. This is like bogus mortgage filings, can be done by mail, and can be used to steal actual mortgage notes, which can then be “legally” released. By adding another layer of complication and another government office to the scam, it makes it that much harder to detect. What fun.
