Subject: question"I have a question I would like to as for a friend of friend... don't you just love those.... He is over in the middle east... I am not sure were but has been given an older gun it is bolt action... he is a civilian contractor over there... and wants to bring it home but does not know how to go about getting it back to the usa... any suggestions. I did not know if the state department... or could he just declare it like anything else... I know here in USA they have to shipped by licensed gun dealers even if they are not like a semi automatic ,,, it can't be since it is a bolt action around 1951 era.. Thought you might have a clue...
