We should send our violent and other long term prisoners to prisons in south America, Asia and Africa. It would br a winning solution for all concerned. (other than the criminals, themselves) It woukd rid us of them, cost us a fraction of what it does now, be a powerful disincentive to break the law, and financially benefit third world countries.
We export our jobs, so why not export our criminals?
