Human Equality: the Most Dangerous Idea of All

How can humans become "equal"? Well, despite what the Left says, they can't. Ever. They are biological, not machines, so all of them are different, just like all dogs are different. No humans are the same. One human is 6 feet tall and the next one is 5 feet tall. One is skinny and one is fat. One is smart and one is not-so-smart.

"Human equality" is an obsession with the Left. It would be funny if it wasn't so dangerous and expensive. Due to the "human equality" obsession, America is 40% less productive than it should be.

By law, all companies in America that employ over 15 workers must hire via Affirmative Action. That means that they must hire "x" number of Blacks, "x" number of Browns, "x" number of Asians, and so on. The workforces "must reflect the surrounding community, racially speaking." So, for example, if Cleveland is 45% Black, the workforces of that city must be roughly 45% Black. Whether having a workforce that is 45% Black is a bad and unproductive idea, or not, is entirely beside the point. Since 1964, Affirmative Action is a federal law and it must be obeyed. (Affirmative Action came from a Jew, congressman Emanuel Celler, via his House bill H.R.7152. The bill became The Civil Rights Act of 1964. The bill was introduced in Congress on June 20, 1963 and signed into law by President Johnson on July 2, 1964. Celler and another Jew, the activist Arnold Aronson, were the main architects of The Civil Rights Act of 1964).

So, Affirmative Action/diversity isn't helping Big Company X at all. It's hurting Big Company X because the company is not hiring the best employees possible: the company is not hiring employees based solely on their abilities. Affirmative Action/diversity costs America billions of dollars per year in lost productivity. It's very destructive and very immoral as well. It puts White people in close, daily contact with Blacks, which leads to lots of Black crime being committed against Whites: assaults, rapes, etc.

Even worse than that, today the leftists have gone beyond desiring "equality": now, they try to achieve "equity," which is even more severe because it's more open-ended in scope; it's nearly limitless: "they've gone from demanding billions to demanding trillions" for the Blacks, as someone said.
