I always thought that black helicopters flying under the banner of the NWO was a bit over the top, even for a paranoid conspiracy theory nut like me. The stories always sounded like a calculated exaggeration of ordinary traffic or police helicopter sightings. Boy, did I get a shock today.

Me and a buddy that I work with both had the day off, so we decided to go for a hike in Kinnelon, NJ. After a very dissapointing hike on a trail full of visible power lines and litter, we headed off-trail for a mile or two through some steep terrain. We decided it was time for a break, so we sat down in a shallow valley.

About 2 minutes after sitting down, I hear the telltale noise of a chopper approaching. Being somewhat of a busybody, I got the binoculars out of my backpack. Now, I assumed it would be a parks department patrol or something like that. Imagine my shock when I saw a matte black helicoptor with no lights or markings.

This was not a quick, fleeting glimpse. I saw this thing clearly through my binoculars, and there were no visible markings anywhere. Even the windows appeared to be darkly tinted, and I couldn't see anything inside the cockpit.
To be honest, I couldn't even tell where the fuselage ended and the glass canopy began, assuming there was a canopy.

I'm not fucking around or trying to make a joke. I don't pretend to know the origins of the chopper I saw, but I'm damn sure It wasn't a figment of my imagination.
