45,000 square feet gives you room for anything you would need. My house is huge and that is over 10 times the size of my house. My house is big enough for 2 families, so that would be large enough underground for 20+ families. Couple that with one and half miles of underground tunnels and an underground site built to withstand a nuclear blast. Just write your own possibilities.

I would build a home on top of it similar to the FLDS Mormon tabernacle and use the land to become self-sufficient. Cattle, hogs, chickens and various crops. Then windmills and other forms of power.
