I happened to figure it out this morning. I saw that "From Here to Eternity" was to play on Turner Classic Movies later today, along with some 1943 propaganda film called "Air Force" that, according the the guide description, involved a bomber arriving late to Hawaii and flying on to the Philippines(???).

Then when I picked up my watch to put it on, I noticed the date. . .had a 2001: A Space Odyssey monkey epiphany pause. . .and realized it's Pearl Harbor Day.

A big Fuck You to jews, the Roosevelts specifically, and all shabbos goyim everywhere.
