I have some audio tapes from Rounder that I am in the process of digitizing and cleaning up. The tapes contain recorded phone messages from folks around the country who called Rounder regarding The White Patriot Leader. My question is, is there any legal reason why we can't post these on VNN? I am referring to legal issues regarding interstate wiretap law and recording private conversations without notifying the second party, etc. None of the callers were told they were being recorded.

I'd hope Mr. Flynn might chime in here. I realize this is not his area of expertise. If anyone else can cite a specific federal or state statute that either permits or prohibits making these tapes public, please do so. And yeah, there are some good'ns on the tapes.
