I read most of the threads on this forum and I clicked on to the link furnished by Cardinal to Libertypost.org. If you have not gone there, you will see that the immigration problem is hashed and rehashed. Along in the thread the subject that all our troops are stationed somewhere around the globe doesn't leave any miltary elements to protect our border. The continuation of this argument--as I have seen it also subscribed to on VNN by some posters--is that the only ones left in the US are adminstrative and support personnel.

IMHO this is complete hogwash of the highest quality. All members of the armed forces go through something we all know as basic training. In Army and Marine basic training everyone is instilled with the fact that, "You are a soldier first, then a cook, typist or supply specialist second."

All these people in countless military posts across America are soldiers first, and there is no excuse for them not to be pressed into guard duty on our borders.

What you all need to realize is that the common mexican grunt is just another member of the same family as the ignorant shit that took a 20 dollar an hour carpenter job away from a White guy by working for 7 dollars an hour.

But, he was too stupid to figure out how to get across the border, so he enlisted in the mexican army.

The mexican soldier in general is uneducated, ignorant and has no combat experience (unless you call shooting unarmed mexican civilians and protecting drug runners combat).

Unlike in the US and other White countries, in mexico, only the lowest of the low join the military. Especially in the mexican army they are only able to recruit aborigine indians from the mountains and other social inadepts. Soldiers in general in mexico are looked down on by the rest of the populace. Furthermore, to suggest to any young mexican that he consider a military career in lieu of a profitable trade or college would be met with a whole bunch of "chinga tu madres".

For what it's worth, the mexican army's heavy infantry and tank corps looks like a junior version of a small town USA swat team. The heaviest thing they have going is a 37mm French tank from the 60's. The infantry is routinely armed with mexican licenced and made FALN assault rifles in 308 NATO and some units are armed with German G3's in the same caliber. Most of their machine guns are old US 30 and 50 cals. Oh, and they do have a few units armed with the Israeli Galil (wonder how that happened;) ) chambered same as the US M16.

Yes, the US certainly does face a formidible military foe headed by Mr. Zorro.

There have been incidents recently where the greaseball army has fired across the border at the Border Patrol, and in at least one instance driving across. They could dump one of the Minutemen and nothing would happen, at least not with Vicente Bush in office.
