If I were to wear a Nuke Israel shirt or a Lynch The Jena Six shirt, how long would I last walking around downtown Manhattan? The fact is we are under a religious dictatorship every bit as intolerant as Iran's, except we do not even name our state religion. The best name I have found for it is Political Correctness. Under our state religion, people and businesses are ruined and heretics are punished with higher sentences than "normal" offenders. So powerful is the religion very few even dare to resist, and those who do are scattered around the country and for the most part not organized.

The early Christians likely thought that their faith was unlikely to prevail, but they eventually conquered the world. It is discouraging to think that our beliefs (in our case, facts) will take decades or longer to affect change, but family by family, brick by brick, we can do it. We need leadership, enthusiasm, intelligence, perseverance, and perhaps even a little faith in ourselves. But above all, we need truth. We need the truth to smash the lies that dissolved our power.

We will free ourselves.
