Just saw this tonight at home -- rented the dvd. I've seen it three times now over the last year. An excellent (mostly) WHITE, heartwarming flick. Good White values too: An impoverished man who teaches his kids it's wrong to steal -- what a change from today's world. White women who get dressed up to walk into downtown NY and can do so without getting raped and murdered by a gang of niggers. Poor neighborhoods that are essentially crime-free (at least the White ones), even during the jew-created Great Depression -- putting the lie to the jew Lie that poverty causes crime. Those were actually some of our people's last good days (although those living then found them hard): 1930's.
"Cinderella Man" with Russell Crowe and Renee Zellweger. These two actors are perfectly cast for this movie. Both very appealing actors. Ron Howard -- a White man -- directed/produced. Maybe that's why it turned out so well.
The story is a true one -- based on the boxing career of James Braddock, the Irish-American pro-boxer. Warning: Braddock's manager is a jew -- but a nice one.
If you haven't yet seen it, see it. Nice NOT to have to look at 50% niggers in a film for a change -- and Braddock knocks one of the few in the film out cold in the ring (always a pleasant sight).

Yeah, I saw it when it came out in theatres, its a decent movie, except a stereotypical German as the 'villain'

Yeah. That's true -- although he (Max Baer, the champ) is an interesting character.

Also check out "The wind that shakes the barley". Great movie that you can watch the entire way through without having to dodge jewey propaganda and subtle slams on whitey. Just an all around great film.

Max Baer was passed as a German, but the Jews said he was Jewish, and after he died it was generally reported that he was jewish. So I have read on the internet.

Heh, Braddock was more of a hero than many folks realize. Why? Because Max Baer was a full-blown, obnoxious, in-your-face Jew, fellas. In fact, he was so proud of his heritage, he regularly displayed the Star of David on his trunks during the latter part of his career. He's a pic from the real Baer vs. Braddock title fight.
What? You could hardly see Baer's Star of David in the film? They didn't even mention his Jewishness one time? Most people walked away from the movie thinking Baer was just another one of those evil Germans?

Heh, Braddock was more of a hero than many folks realize. Why? Because Max Baer was a full-blown, obnoxious, in-your-face Jew, fellas. In fact, he was so proud of his heritage, he regularly displayed the Star of David on his trunks during the latter part of his career. He's a pic from the real Baer vs. Braddock title fight.
What? You could hardly see Baer's Star of David in the film? They didn't even mention his Jewishness one time? Most people walked away from the movie thinking Baer was just another one of those evil Germans?

In 1933, Baer boxed Max Schmeling at Yankee Stadium. His trunks displayed an embroided Star of David[1], which he swore to wear in every bout thereafter. He dominated the rugged fighter from Germany into the tenth round when the referee stopped the match. Because Baer defeated Schmeling, Hitler's favorite, and Baer had a Jewish grandfather (on his father's side), he became popular among Jews.

I agree with Devere. It's a damn good movie.
As for Baer, I'm sure the movie's makers knew about his tribal affiliation. Therefore, his extremely unctious and dirty character in the film is that much more satisfying.

Excellent commentary on entire film by Ron Howard, the director -- in the extra features. He's a bit of a lemmon, but not too bad. He mentions that's Baer is 1/4 jew and the jews were proud of him for that reason and Baer wore a star on his shorts.

Was Max Baer the boxer father of Max Baer the actor who played character of Jethro on 'Beverly Hillbillies' TV series? There certainly is a resemblance.

Yes, he is. Ron Howard mentions this. Max Baer did pursue acting to an extent after his boxing championship loss.
