I sent an email requesting that Vester Flanagan's manifesto be released to the public. He is the MURDERING FAGGOT NIGGER that killed Alison Parker and Adam Ward live on the air in Moneta, VA on August 26, 2015. Here is the exchange.

Their reply to my request:

Thank you for your recent email dated 3/24/19 to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office. As you may be aware, requests for records of the Commonwealth, its agencies and political subdivisions are governed by the Virginia Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), § 2.2-3700 et. seq. of the Code of Virginia.
The records requested, “the manifesto related to Vester Lee Flanagan II” , would consist of “documents and information, including complaints, court orders, memoranda, notes, diagrams, maps, photographs, correspondence, reports, witness statements, and evidence relating to a criminal investigation”. These records compromise the criminal investigative file which is exempt from mandatory release pursuant to § 2.2-3706(B)(1). This Office has reviewed your request and has elected to exercise its grant of statutory authority to withhold the requested records. Your request for those records is therefore denied pursuant to §2.2-3706(B)(1).
Thank you,
Capt. Phillip Young

My reply :

Thank you for your reply. What is the REASON for denying my request to make Vester Lee Flanagan's manifesto available to the public? You gave no reason for denying my request except to say that "This Office has reviewed your request and has elected to exercise its grant of statutory authority to withhold the requested records. Your request for those records is therefore denied pursuant to §2.2-3706(B)(1). Thank you," There is no legitimate reason to withhold this manifesto. Vester Lee Flanagan II committed suicide on August 26, 2015, the day he murdered two of his former co-workers live on the air. There should be no pending investigation as all parties involved are deceased except one, Vicki Gardner, who was wounded but has long since recovered. If you persist in withholding this manifesto from the public, I shall consider legal action to force your office to be transparent and release the manifesto. Again, I see no good reason why your office persists in withholding this information from the public.

Their second reply:

It is part of a criminal investigative file which is exempt from release under VA code section 2.2-3706(B)(1). I do not need a specific reason. If you wish to appeal my decision, you may file a petition with the Franklin County Circuit Court.

Capt. Phillip Young
Franklin County Sheriff’s Office

My second reply:

The manner of your response on this matter-quick, curt and arrogant-tells me all I need to know about why your office refuses to release Vester Lee Flanagan II's manifesto. Your office wants to hide the anti-White and anti-heterosexual sentiment that is undoubtedly in this document. It is most likely filled with profane and deranged musings, incoherent rants and quite a lot of references to violence against Whites and heterosexuals. It is the kind of document that law enforcement, politicians and the newsmedia cannot allow to be made public, lest it shatter ordinary working White people's flawed vision of racial equality and their tolerance of homosexuals. If Vester Flanagan had been a straight, White male and his victims were black and gay, your office would undoubtedly have made any manifesto he published public before the violent act was complete. This is no secret. Tens of millions of Whites-and nonwhites-know how cowardly law enforcement is and has no conscience. You take orders and recite laws like a zombie robot. I and millions of others used to respect law enforcement because I saw them doing a job to protect the public. Today they protect the public they are told to protect, and it certainly is NOT White people. Look for me to file that petition with Franklin County Circuit Court when I acquire the resources to do so. For now I will draw attention to the fact that a black, gay murderer can die knowing his secret is safe with you.

I really did not need to have this exchange to know that law enforcement is clown world.
