I think that's going a bit too far. VNNF is not an org... it's a means to get people together so they can exchange ideas and motivate each other to action. Just because certain people don't agree doesn't mean that they aren't welcome and can't contribute. Will did distro TAA so to say he criticizes unconstructively is not true. You don't make up VNNF... the members here do. Speak for yourself.

VNN was never a refuge from the vileness of the Kwa, an internet forum or message board is not a "refuge", we aren't living here on some secluded animal game preserve. The objections are not primarily based on "bogus moralizing" or at least not entirely. They are based on the ultimate futility of the "shock and puke" tactic. Let me submit a proposition for your consideration: The content and standards of a web site are the determinants of the basic sort of the readership you have. For example, if you create a web site on beer making, you will have a readership that, in the main, likes beer. If you create a web site in which swastikas and brownshirts predominate, you are going to get a crowd of swastika and brownshirt fans. If you create a web site with a regular supply of interracial porn and "Faces of Death" imagery, you are eventually going to get a bunch of readers who like to stare, due to some fascination or thrill, at interracial porn and death porn. In other words, you will have a readership composed mainly of depraved people. That's the prospect of the NEW VNN.

Just like the NA was VNN is just a meeting place for people to exchange ideas and brainstorm for solutions to the probs as we see them. Just cuz some disagree w/ others is not a reason to chuck it all. The few who are on one side can become active in their own way. The other side can do what they will.

You would never have seen Dr. Pierce do something like Alex did. I guarantee that what Alex built in 5 years was ready to bust open with further development of TAA. Rounder worked for free.
