VNN tension release... had to be done! :D

NASA Lied Again - Hubble Moon Photos Found

http://oposite.stsci.edu/pubinfo/pr/1999/14/pr-photos.html

The Space Telescope Science Institute (STSI) released pictures
of a celestial object that most people thought the Hubble
telescope was not allowed to view: our own Moon. - Sky and
Telescope Magazine. Many People have requested NASA to cause the
Hubble Space Telescope to be pointed towards the Moon and send
back high resolution pictures of any or all of the alleged
Apollo Lunar landing sites showing any equipment left behind
such as the LEM pads, or anything large enough to be spotted by
the HST at an average distance of perhaps 1.28 billion feet,
which is an average of about 15,400,000,000 inches distance from
Earth. NASA objected stating, "the Moon is too bright", commonly
followed-up by, "the Hubble can't focus on something that close"
[250,000 miles?]. We knew that this was a lie since the HST has
sufficient resolution to return exquisitely clear images of the
Lunar landscape. Positive evidence has turned up that indeed
NASA & Co. have been lying all along about this Moon is too
bright/too close balderdash. I'd just like to say... See?... I
told you so. - Bible Thumper

HEY NASA! Now that we know you CAN do it... how about taking
high resolution close up photos using the Hubble Telescope of
the following alleged Apollo landing locations on the Lunar
surface:

  • Mare Tranquillitatis 0.67N - 23.49E[/*:m:3p3s07bw]
  • Oceanus Procellarum 3.20S - 23.38W[/*:m:3p3s07bw]
  • Fra Mauro 3.67S - 17.47W[/*:m:3p3s07bw]
  • Hadley Rille 26.10N - 3.65E[/*:m:3p3s07bw]
  • Descartes 8.99S - 15.51E[/*:m:3p3s07bw]
  • Taurus-Littrow 20.16N - 30.76E[/*:m:3p3s07bw][/list:u:3p3s07bw]
  • What lie will NASA tell now?

I'm still undecided about the whole moon landing. While there is quite some evidence to support it, the many flaws in it are even more outstanding.

what I'd like to do is less land a man on the moon, than get "A Line in the Sand" or a VNN promo video to show on local cable access at least as often as the Ufoologists and "Apollo didnt happen" shows.

You wonder...they landed on the moon in 1969 with 1969 technology. Nowadays, they can't even send a shuttle into orbit without biting their nails.

Why isn't more research done on the moon? Would be good practice for IF and WHEN they go to Mars. You can't tell me they got all their info on the one trip there.

Saturn program was lead by German nazi scientist Werner Von Braun of Peenemunde/ V2 rocket fame. I am confident that German Nazi technology put a man on the moon. If this is disproven I would be sad. LOL

I think it was all a big joke. But that's just the side I favor. I've seen many arguments from the side which proves all of it wrong and the side that proves the other side wrong. Both have very good arguments, and I'm still undecided so spare the crackpot conspiracy theorist name calling. ;)
I think this would make a great discussion topic though, perhaps I should start a thread later about it, if someone doesn't beat me to it.

I've wondered about the Mars rover that is suppose to be there right now. Couldn't they just as easily drive an RC vehicle with a red lens filtered camcorder around the NM or AR desert?

Trust me... The lemmings would buy it quicker than you can say "six million".

New Mexico on a cloudy day???

Hey... Looks like there's a Martian Nationalist movement in place. :D

The Russians are offering to take you to the moon (orbit around it actually) for only $100 million.

I doubt there was a lunar landing. It seems too far-fetched. Another thing is the incessant references to "space travel" and "manned space flight". I understand the mars rover and a few other probes have been dumped into outer space, but no man or other living thing has ever actually left earth's orbit... and lived.

The shuttle was a lemon and never performed to expectations. The next generation of space flight will probably be a combo of heavy lift rockets for materiel and an improved reentry vehicle for astronauts. Proposed designs currently under way.

That design actually proved to be ineffective at combating government mind control waves.

This one is much better:

An Effective, Low-Cost Solution To Combating Mind-Control :D

Cheers!

Bunch of kooks! Evidence that we landed on the moon is not just compelling but overwelming.

1) A dozen astronauts (laden with cameras) walked on the Moon between 1969 and 1972. Nine of them are still alive and can testify to their experience.

2)They didn't return from the Moon empty-handed, either. Just as Columbus carried a few hundred natives back to Spain as evidence of his trip to the New World, Apollo astronauts brought 841 pounds of Moon rock home to Earth.

3) "Moon rocks are absolutely unique," says Dr. David McKay, Chief Scientist for Planetary Science and Exploration at NASA's Johnson Space Center (JSC). McKay is a member of the group that oversees the Lunar Sample Laboratory Facility at JSC where most of the Moon rocks are stored. "They differ from Earth rocks in many respects," he added.

"For example," explains Dr. Marc Norman, a lunar geologist at the University of Tasmania, "lunar samples have almost no water trapped in their crystal structure, and common substances such as clay minerals that are ubiquitous on Earth are totally absent in Moon rocks."

"We've found particles of fresh glass in Moon rocks that were produced by explosive volcanic activity and by meteorite impacts over 3 billion years ago," added Norman. "The presence of water on Earth rapidly breaks down such volcanic glass in only a few million years. These rocks must have come from the Moon!" http://science.nasa.gov/headlines/y2001/ast23feb_2.htm

Ya nutjobs!
