Toledo, Ohio -- FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

NATIONAL SOCIALIST MOVEMENT ANNOUNCES PUBLIC MEETING AREA FOR MARCH

The National Socialist Movement today released the location where members of the public who wish to join their Toledo, Ohio march may gather.

The Toledo Police Department will be using Calvin M Woodward High School at 600 E Streicher St Toledo, Ohio 43608-2098 as a staging area for their reserve and out of state officers. There is a fenced and gated parking lot at this location which will be guarded by a high concentration of police throughout the day's events.

The Toledo Police are allowing members of the public who wish to join the National Socialist Movement's rally to park there starting at 11 AM. March participants should turn onto Streicher from Mulberry. Starting around 11:30 AM, NSM representatives will arrive and conduct security checks to eliminate any communist infiltrators or individuals planning to disrupt the march. Starting at noon, NSM members and police will begin escorting individuals to the main march staging area. Arrival between 11 AM and Noon is ideal.

There will be a lot of civilians at this location who are not participants in either rally, and we expect the high volume of official and media traffic in and out of this location to make it very difficult for anti- fascist "monitoring" groups to photograph cars, take license plates, or identify or intimidate rally participants with any certainty.

Police will be keeping counter demonstrators a substantial distance away from this location for the entirety of the day.

All white nationalists and other interested parties who do not receive other instructions should gather at this location. NSM unit leaders and local coordinators will be sent a separate set of directions detailing the separate, NSM-only staging area.

RULES AND CAUTIONS:

1) Members of the public who wish to join the rally should be physically fit and capable of performing a one mile march.

2) Those participating in the rally must recognize that there is a possibility of confrontation, and must be comfortable with that possibility.

3) Weapons -- with or without permit -- are absolutely prohibited, as are sign and flag poles intended for use as weapons, glass bottles, and other potentially dangerous items.

4) Everyone should have identification, and may be excluded if their identity cannot be verified.

5) Individuals expressing inappropriate political messages may be asked to leave the march.

6) Individuals provoking conflict or making threats will be asked to leave the march.

7) All individuals participating in the march are expected to act in a disciplined manner and to obey instructions from the NSM leadership. Groups -- particularly white nationalist groups -- who cannot submit to party discipline should stay home.

We expect the march route and staging areas to be safe and secure.

March participants should avoid Manhattan Plaza and Manhattan Boulevard East of Elm Street, as we expect approximately two to four dozen members of violent communist groups to hold a counter rally starting at 8:30 AM, and marching down Stickney Avenue at an unknown time to the corner of Stickney and Bronson, where they will set up camp and attempt to block the street.

March participants should also be cautious in the area around Lagrange and Bronson, which will be the home of the “peaceful” counter demonstration.

We expect some insulting, posturing and general loudmouthed behavior from two to three dozen mostly teenaged and juvenile members of the local black gangs along the march path -- a group of black youths wearing red and calling themselves "bloods", though without any relationship to the national network of gangs by that name; a group of juveniles, both black and white, calling themselves "crips", though also without any relationship to the national gang of that name; and a group of junior high school and early high school aged black youths calling themselves the "Dexter Street Boyz"; and possibly others.
