That is 100% correct. NATO did.

NATO had zero authority to bomb the Serbs with jet airplanes for 3 months. That was in 1999. The Jewish Serb-hater (who was U.S. Secretary of State), Madeleine Albright (1937-2022), engineered the bombing campaign against the Serbs. It was known as "Maddy's War." Another important Jew, U.S. diplomat Richard Holbrooke, helped Maddy crush the Serbs. (The Jews had "a thing" about the Serbs).

NATO was a rather benign entity until Maddy came along. Under her influence, NATO went from being defensive and kinda wimpy to being aggressive and war-mongering. In other words, Maddy “neoconned” NATO. In fact, NATO bombed the Serbs twice (once in 1995 [for 3 weeks] and again in 1999 [for 3 months]. Apparently, one bombing campaign just wasn't enough for NATO).

The hate-filled campaign against the Serbs was all about making the White Balkans "more multicultural" [1]. It led to the Muslims getting their own state, called Kosovo. Why are Muslims in Europe? That's a good question! Why?

[1] The NATO commander, General Wesley Clark, said, about the Serbs: “There is no place in modern Europe for ethnically pure states. That’s a 19th century idea and we are trying to transition into the 21st century, and we are going to do it with multi-ethnic states” (but Kosovo, a former Serb state, is now an ethnic state: it's now Albanian Muslim! So, it's okay for them to have an ethnic state, but the Serbs cannot have their own ethnic state??
